Located in the largest port city in north China, Qingdao Glory Fashions Co., Ltd. is one of the major exporters and manufacturer of wool knitwear and knitted underwear. Export volume exceeded 15 million dollars in 2008.The company mainly engaged in the production of sweaters, wool knitting accessories like hats, scarves, socks, gloves and handbags, which spread over Europe, Japan, Australia and South America.
The raw materials used include cotton, hemp, wool, acrylic, viscose, silk, cashmere and various blended yarn and a variety of novelty yarn. Production equipment includes hand-operated flat knitting machine on 1.5, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12 and 14 gauge; electronic jacquard machine on 3, 5, 7, 10 and 12 gauge; hand cycloid jacquard on 2.8 and 5.6 gauge; and a variety of crochet, hand-knitting, embroidery and other handmade products. We also can produce sweaters and other products that are processed by printing, hot fix rhinestones, flocking, stone washing, gradually dyeing and tie-dyeing.
We have three self-owned enterprises and joint ventures, i.e. Haiyang Fengyuan Clothing Co., Ltd., (Certificated by Disney in 2009), Qufu Xinde Clothing Co., Ltd. and Zaozhuang Maria Clothing Co., Ltd. so as to ensure monthly delivery of 200,000 pcs of sweaters and 200,000 pcs of underwears. In addition, we maintain reliable partnerships with 12 large-and-medium-sized sweater and knitted underwear enterprises in Qingdao, Haiyang and other regions for a further delivery of 300,000 pcs of sweaters and 150,000 pcs of underwears per month.
The company boasts a team of personnels with professional knowledge and rich experience who are also familiar with the requirements and characteristics of differenct countries and markets. We have also set up inspection bodies at the location where sweaters are produced. Effective quality supervision is done by experienced QC with every process, initial, intermediate and final inspection.
